The UFC 282 Weigh ins are completed for this Saturday’s light heavyweight title event, Blachowicz vs Ankalaev. The event is scheduled to air on Pay-per-View this Saturday, December 10, 2022 live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

The main event, Jan Blachowicz #2 vs Magomed Ankalaev #3, will be for the light heavyweight title. The event was originally going to feature a rematch of Jiri Prochazka vs Glover Teixeira, however, that bout was cancelled due to a should injury from the newly crowned champion that caused a significant absence and he relinquished the title while on his road to recovery. This newly scheduled fight will pit the former champion against someone who many consider the best in the division and real problem for anyone across the octagon from Magomed Ankalaev.

In the co-main event, fan favorite Paddy ‘the baddy’ Pimblett will meet Jared Gordon in a lightweight bout. Both fighters are coming off of wins in their last showing but Paddy is considered the favorite in betting odds. It’s hard to argue with that as Paddy has 11 first round finishes under his belt.

Here’s a video, courtesy of the UFC of the final faceoffs of Saturdays matches.
