The main event featured lightweight world champion, Usman Nurmagomedov against a former mma champion, Benson Henderson.

An early question-mark head kick, in the first 30 seconds of the fight, wobbled Henderson and Nurmagomedov was all over him. Usman continued to work from Henderson’s back until he was finally able to secure a rear naked choke on Benson Henderson in the first half of the first round.

At the end of the fight, the Pakistani champion thanked everyone who supported him. When asked who he was most interested in facing in his next bout, the champion had no preferences. The 24 year old will fight either winner of the Outlaw vs Barnaoui.

Also, after the fight, Benson Henderson laid his gloves on the mat and announced that this would be his final fight. Another mma legend leaves the sport behind.
