Bellator 280: Results
Bellator 280 results are in. The MMA competition took place May 6th, 2022 at the Accor Arena, in Paris France. The headline of the card was none other than Heavyweight champion Ryan Bader vs Cheick Kongo 2. The two met in 2019 at Bellator 226, when an unfortunate eye poke left Kongo unable to complete the match.
The Co-main event on the card was Light-Heavyweight phenoms Yoel Romero vs Alex Polizzi. It was an excellent fight for Romero, and he closed it out in champion fashion, when he secured the knockout in the closing seconds of the fight. The prelim video can be seen at the link courtesy of Bellator.
