This is the PFL 8 2022 fight card with the second round of the playoffs scheduled for this Saturday, August 13, 2022, live from New York, NY. The lightweight and light heavyweights will make it to the Hulu Theatre at MSG, prelims begin at 6 PM ET.

This fight card is headlined by light heavyweights Will Fleury (10-3-0) vs Anthony Salamone (7-0-0).

The co-main event of the evening features two of the lightweight finalists Barborik (13-2-0) vs Maxim (9-2-0).

The UFC Fight Night Vera vs Cruz weigh ins have gone in the books and all fighters are ready for the big show. The event goes live 8/13/2022 from the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, CA.

All 26 fighters came in at weight and nobody will be losing money to the scales this Saturday.

The main event features two top 10 bantamweights when Marlon Vera #5 takes on Dominick Cruz #8. The fight should really have possible title implications as both fighters have not suffered a loss since 2020, and both to top divisional talent.

The Bellator 284 results are in. The event went down in Sioux Falls, South Dakota 8/12/2022.

The main event of the fight featured what everyone believed would be a grappling match between two high level grapplers. What the fans got was a striking clinic put on by Yamauchi, which concluded in a round 2 uppercut which shut the lights out for Nieman Gracie. Yamauchi continues with three 1st round stoppages in a row.

The co-main event featured a highly anticipated heavyweight bout with one fighter remaining undefeated. Moldavsky vs Mowry left more questions that it answered however, as an unintentional eye poke left the bout a no contest in the first round of the match.

Bellator 284 Weigh Ins

The Bellator 284 weigh ins are all accounted for and only a few fighters missed their marks. The event takes place Friday, August 12 from the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Prelims begin at 6:00 PM ET and the main card goes live at 9:00 PM ET.

The main event is USA native Neiman Gracie (11-3-0) taking on Brazilian Goiti Yamauchi (27-5-0) in the welterweight division. Gracie is looking to make a statement since his decision loss to Logan Storley earlier this year. Yamauchi may prove difficult however, having stopped his last two opponents in the first round.

The co-main event is Russian fighter Valentin Moldavsky (11-2-0) vs Steve Mowry (10-0-0) in the heavyweight division. Moldavsky was on a tear in the division, before his January loss to Ryan Bader, in a five round decision. Not only does Mowry remain undefeated, he has finished every fighter he’s met in Bellator, with only one fighter making it out of the first round.

The UFC Fight Night Vera vs Cruz fight card is announced and the event is ready to showcase some talent, live from the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, CA on Saturday, August 13, 2022.

The event is headlined by two top ten bantamweights when Marlon Vera #5 faces off against Dominick Cruz #8. Cruz looks to put three wins in a row since his May 2020 loss to Henry Cejudo. Marlon Vera is gunning for four in a row after his decision loss against Jose Aldo in 2020. This fight could really shake up the division.

Angela Hill vs Loopy Godinez is the co-main event of the Fight Night. Godinez is looking to put a 3 fight streak together, while Hill has lost her last three straight, one of which included Amanda Lemos, one of our Top 10 Female UFC fighters.

UFC Fight Night Santos vs Hill results are in and it was a great night for MMA fans. All the fights stayed out of the hands of the judges and all of the results were indisputable.

The main event was an absolute brawl. Thiago Santos and Jamahal Hill went back and forth with some great stand up, but Santos continued to push for takedowns. In the end, it was Jamahal Hill who came out with a forth round knockout in a possible fight of the year contender.

The co-main event featured a superior boxing game showcased against Luque, which was ended by a third round KO for Neal. Near the finish, Neal threw a series of uppercuts through the guard of Luque, which setup the final. A great showing for Geoff Neal.

In the Ultimate Fighter season 30, finalists put their metal to the test, but it was Mohammed Usman and Juliana Miller who would be the season 30 champions. Both stopping their competitors by KO/TKO.

The UFC Fight Night Santos vs Hill weigh in results are done and the event is ready to go live Saturday, August 6, 2022 live from the UFC APEX arena in Las Vegas, NV.

The main event for this fight card will feature two top ten light heavyweights when Thiago Santos #6 faces off against Jamahal Hill #10. This should shake up the division and with a serious showing, could lead to title contention, currently being held by Jiri Prochazka.

The Ultimate Fighter season 30 finalists will also go to war for a UFC contract when Mohammed Usman (Kamaru Usman’s little brother) faces off against Zac Pauga, and Brogan Walker takes on Juliana Miller. The coaches had their competition now its time for the new blood in the sport to have their day.

All of the fighters, with the exception of Ariane Lipski made their targeted weight. Lipski missed the mark but will continue with the competition and take a 20% pay cut of her final fight purse.

The PFL 7 2022 results sees Stevie Ray’s hand raised again. The fight went to the judges, where Stevie Ray showed enough of a ground game to secure two of the three rounds in his unanimous decision victory.

Akhmedov vs Silveira, the light heavyweight co-main event, finally took the unblemished record away from Silveira when Akhmedov took the win in the eyes of the all three judges.

The PFL Playoffs 1 2022 Weigh Ins have gone official, all of the eligible one million dollar prize fighters are proceeding on weight.

Pettis had already clinched a position in the playoffs but was upset by Ray in the regular season. Now Pettis gets the opportunity to avenge the loss and proceed in the tournament or possibly fall victim to another Ray submission.

Bellator 284 Fight Card

The Bellator 284 fight card is announced and all set to go down Friday, August 12, 2022 from the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The event kicks off at 6:00 PM PT.

The main card for this one are welterweights Goiti Yamauchi and the #5 ranked Neiman Gracie. Gracie is coming off of a decision loss to Logan Storley in February so he’ll likely be looking to make a statement. Yamauchi however, is looking to get into a winning streak as he has won his last two most recently a round 1 submission win over Levan Chokheli in April of this year.

The co-main event features a couple of the big boys, when Valentin Moldavsky faces off against Steve Mowry in the heavyweight division. Moldavsky recently suffered a decision loss to Ryan Bader and Mowry has yet to taste defeat in the octagon.
